An inspection trip to view properties in Turkey, usually lasts 4 days - could be up to 7 days & tailor- made - including your travel date(s).

The cost of the Turkey property inspection trip is from £199 per person, this covers your flights, transfers from the airport and  accommodation during your stay. 
Our inspection trips for properties in Turkey, are run as business trips and therefore your itinerary will be as below, we price our Turkish property Inspection Trips at a reasonable rate and you will be under no obligation to purchase during the trip, however if you do feel that you have found your dream Turkey property and are ready to purchase whilst in Turkey we will refund the cost of the Turkey property Inspection Trip to you.

The daily program for your Turkish property inspection trip is as follows:

INSPECTION TRIP ITINERARY FOR PROPERTIES IN TURKEY:

1st Day

Arrival to your chosen destination in Turkey. You will be welcomed at the airport by a representative from Trade Meridian who will take you to your accomodation where you will stay during your Turkey property inspection trip.

2nd Day

After breakfast (at approximately 10am) our English speaking property specialist will collect you from your accommodation and take you to our office for an informal welcome meeting. There you will be provided with information on properties in Turkey and theTurkish properties in the local area, which meet your specifications; and details of our new Turkey property developments. Your Turkish property specialist will then take you to view theTurkish properties you have selected. Thereafter, you will be taken back to your accommodation where you will have free time for the remainder of the evening.

3rd Day

After breakfast (at approximately 10am) you will be collected from your accommodation to revisit the Turkish properties you shortlisted from the day before. If you decide to purchase a property in Turkey on this day, you will be able to pay the deposit either by cash, travellers cheque or debit / credit card. You can also open a bank account (optional). We will take you to the solicitor who will also check your prepared sales agreement in English which will be signed by yourself (the buyer) and the seller. Please note that the legal processes can take a maximum of three hours. Afterwards you will be transported to your accommodation where you will have free time for the remainder of the evening.

4th Day

Time permitting, if you hadnt previously decided to purchase property in Turkey, and have now decided, we can take you through the itinerary as mentioned above.

At the time of departure, we will collect you from your accomodation and escort you to the airport for your journey home.

Note:

Should you decide to purchase property in Turkey during the inspection trip our After Sales service team could take you to look for furniture, appliances and curtains. On completion of your Turkish property we could arrange to have the furniture, appliances and curtains delivered on your behalf at no cost.

Refunds:

If you book your Turkey property  inspection trip through us in advance and pay a deposit on a property (non - refundable) during the trip, Trade Meridian will refund the cost of flights, airport transfers and accommodation to you for a maximum of two adults.
